  • your project location, the service you need, and your approximate timeline
  • your description of the project
  • any drawings or plans you choose to upload

If you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, we also receive the details you share in that conversation.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your inquiry, discuss your project, and prepare a proposal or quotation if you ask for one. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

Your information is seen only by our staff. Where we need outside professionals, such as an architect, engineer or quantity surveyor, to respond to your inquiry, we share only what they need for that purpose. Emails about your inquiry are delivered through our email provider.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to respond and follow up. If your inquiry becomes a project, we keep the related records for as long as the law requires for that project. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.

  • access the personal information we hold about you
  • ask us to correct or delete it
  • object to how we process it
